The Group and its companies adopt operational methods in management and in achieving its objectives without concentrating on the objective as such. The Group depends on the scientific approach in the management of its operations and activities. The Group’s management of activities at all strategic, administrative technical and financial levels is based on Total Quality Management (TQM) systems.
These systems are activated through a management structure reflecting the Group’s and its companies’ strategy and achieving objectives in accordance with the most modern scientific techniques. It depends in its business management on KPI’s performance indicators which assist the Group and companies to take the correct decisions at the right time. The Group’s decisions depend on facts, numbers and report analysis. It also depends on the operational method in management and in achieving its targets without concentrating on the target as such. The Group also uses other instruments and methods such as quality control and reinforcing quality indicators, in addition to involving everybody in management and providing the required training to our staff and improving their performance.
The Group adopts the continuous improvement method in all operations as a basic tool in the Group’s and companies’ management. The Group and its companies are currently revising their systems to bring them in line with the ISO 9001 requirements. One of the Group’s companies, Near East Industry and Trade Company, is currently working on applying the ISO 22000 Food Safety standard in the olive oil division, to become one of the first companies in the world to apply this standard in olive oil production.
