The Group believes that there is a leadership element in all stages of work aiming at increasing productivity and realizing satisfaction for clients; customers, shareholders and related institutions.
  
The Group believes that the leadership and clear vision of its management guarantee that everybody working for the it has the same objective and trend. This will, at the end, lead to creating a work environment  that enables them to completely involve themselves in realizing the Group’s objectives.

The Group and its companies are run by a young and ambitious management board which is highly competent and efficient. All members of the board of Directors are university graduates. They have excellent experience gained through working with international companies, such as Phillip Morris, BAT and Nestle. The Board of Directors is chaired by engineer Ziyad Anabtawi, known for his accomplishments which positively affected the Palestinian economy. He is also a founding member of the Palestinian Businessmen Association and a board member in a number of public shareholding companies.

A young, ambitious, and homogeneous team, with great experience in their fields of specialization, assists the Board of Directors in carrying out their duties. The group provides everything necessary to bring about leaders capable of managing the Group’s expansion.

The Group’s management ensures that there is leadership aspect in all elements of work in the Group and its companies, in order to direct all internal and external operations for the benefit of enhancing productivity and achieving customer satisfaction.

The Group endeavored to apply the leadership principle as a basic one in its management. This has helped it to train managers with high level of qualifications, which distinguished it from other companies which suffer lack of trained managers.
